Shipping Charges
The shipping and handling fees listed on your Spoglink’s invoice will be included in the total cost of your purchase of any item. If you return a product, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. If your item is returned to Spoglink for a refund, you will not receive your money back because those fees are paid to the original carrier for the services rendered.
Risk of Loss
Please note that after the products you ordered are shipped by Spoglink, the risk of loss is transferred to you by the Free Carrier (F.C.A.). Upon delivery to the carrier, you will also acquire title to the product or products, with the exception of software. The licensor will retain title to the software. The software maker’s license agreement governs the use of all software. Once the package’s seal is broken, you consent to being bound by any software license agreement. Although we will notify you of the approximate dates of shipment, Spoglink will not be held accountable for delivery delays or related damages brought on by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, such as a natural disaster or the public enemy, or actions taken by the federal, state, or local governments.

Please note that the estimated delivery time for the products on the site is not fixed. Delivery time can vary. For that purpose, we suggest you please avoid relying on the website’s estimated time for product delivery.
Non-Delivery Shipment
Spoglink will not be responsible or liable for any claim regarding an invalid or incorrect address that was supplied to Spoglink during order check-out. any other situation in which you (or your agent/representative) redirect a shipment after it has been delivered and Spoglink has proof of delivery to the address you provided at order checkout.
Cannot Be Shipped
Usually, the reason for not shipping is that your location may be out of range for our shipping carriers, because of which some products couldn’t be shipped to certain delivery locations.
Large Item Delivery and White Glove Delivery
Both delivery options are intended for bulky items like over 32-inch LEDs and over 100 lbs, such as appliances or televisions. On the other hand, White Glove Delivery offers room-specific delivery along with optional packing material disposal and unpacking.
The carrier will schedule deliveries before they happen. Most items are delivered within 3 to 5 business days after the appointment is made. Delivery to rural areas could take up to 13 business days.
To attest to acceptance of delivery, an adult must sign.
The driver will deliver the item to your front door without unpacking it if you choose front door delivery.
In the event that you need to return the item, the driver will unpack the White Glove Delivery item, bring it to the room of your choosing, and dispose of any packaging you do not want.
