Return & Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Please mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded. 
  • Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Return Shipping Labels

The return shipping policy is applicable to all electronics products of any lbs. The cost of the customer’s return shipping to Spoglink may be subtracted from the refund amount, at Spoglink’s discretion. 

Return Policy for Combo Purchase

Combos and kits consist of two or more items that must be bought together to qualify for a discount. Items sold in kits or combos may be returned separately for a refund during the relevant Spoglink Return Policy Period. 

Buying Products In Bundle

Multiple products offered at a discounted price are called bundles. You must return the entire package in order to receive a refund. You can return individual items for a replacement.

Return Policy Guidelines

You must get an RMA number within the product’s applicable return window in order to return an item to Spoglink. To identify your return, your RMA number needs to be on the return package. When you’re ready, collect your items and get your package ready for return shipping. Put your return shipping label on the outside of the shipping box as soon as your products are ready to ship and safely packaged to prevent damage. Return labels are good for 14 days, after which Spoglink must receive the returned goods.

Items that arrive at Spoglink in any of the following circumstances are not returnable and may be refused:

  • Any product lacking a UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, warranty label, or serial number label that is missing, broken, altered, or otherwise unreadable.
  • A product is returned if it is not in its original packaging or accessories, such as the retail box, manuals, cables, and other items that came with it.
  • Any item for which a mail-in rebate has been filed.
  • Any product that appears to have been modified, customized, or otherwise tampered with.

Considerations

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period. We’ll arrange for a replacement.

Product accessories and packaging

Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
